Privacy Policy

This notice describes how personal data of users who visit and use this website is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian data protection law.

2. Data processed

a) Browsing data

In normal operation the web server records some technical data implicitly transmitted by Internet protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource (URL), response status and browser/device information (user agent). These data are used to operate and secure the website.

b) “Book a call” form and VoCall early-access request

When you submit the form, the following data is collected and stored in the website database: full name, email, phone (optional), company/practice (optional), type of business, city (optional), preferred date and time slot for the call, free-text notes, confirmation that you have read the privacy notice, language, IP address, date and time of the request and the origin of the request (introductory call or VoCall early access). A copy of the data is also emailed to the Controller.

c) Contact form

Through the contact form we process your name, email, subject, message text and IP address. The message is sent to the Controller by email; the website does not store it in its own database, but it is kept in the Controller’s mailbox.

d) Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter we process: email address, language, IP address, date and time of consent and confirmation, and subscription status. Subscription requires confirmation by email (“double opt-in”): until you confirm through the link you receive, you will not get any communication. Every message contains a link to unsubscribe.

e) Google reCAPTCHA

Forms are protected by the Google reCAPTCHA v2 anti-spam service, which is loaded only when you open or start filling in a form. Google may process IP address, browser/device data and browsing behaviour to tell humans from automated software, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

f) Statistics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics 4 is loaded to produce statistics about site usage. If you choose “Only necessary cookies” nothing is loaded. Details in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering contact and call requests, and managing appointments — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
• Sending the newsletter — consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Technical operation, website security and prevention of abuse and spam (including logs, IP address and reCAPTCHA) — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Statistics via Google Analytics 4 — consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Legal obligations and defence of the Controller’s rights — Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

Providing data in the forms is optional, but fields marked as required are necessary in order to reply to you. No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out.

4. Recipients of the data

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed, as processors or technical service providers, by: the hosting/server (VPS) provider where the website is hosted, the email/SMTP service used to send and receive messages, Google (reCAPTCHA and, only with consent, Google Analytics 4) and the jsDelivr CDN, from which your browser downloads the site’s UI libraries (the CDN therefore receives your IP address). IT maintenance and support professionals bound by confidentiality may also access the data.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Google services and the CDN may involve transfers of data to non-EU countries (in particular the United States), based on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, according to the terms of the respective providers.

6. Data retention

• Call requests and contact messages: kept for the time necessary to handle the request and related follow-up and, in any case, no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless required by law or needed to defend a right. You may request deletion at any time by writing to the contacts in section 1.
• Newsletter: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, the address remains archived with status “unsubscribed” solely so that no further messages are sent to you, until you ask for its deletion.
• Server logs: for the time strictly necessary for security and operation of the site.
• Cookies: as described in the Cookie Policy.

7. Security

Data is processed with electronic tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are adopted to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure (including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access to administrative areas and anti-spam protection of forms).

8. Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• access to your data;
• rectification and update;
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
• lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or another competent supervisory authority.
