Yes — this is the most common path. The Diagnosis produces an operational roadmap. If you decide to proceed with a Project, the Diagnosis fee is deducted from the final amount.

Before issuing a quote we run a free scoping session (30–45 min). Once deliverables are agreed, the price is fixed — no surprises at the end.

No. If you already know what you want to automate or optimise, we can start directly with the Retainer. The Diagnosis is useful when you don't yet know where to begin.

Yes, all prices shown are net of Italian VAT (22%). I issue electronic invoices (SDI).
